Our mission is to always show respect to our clients, even under stressful circumstances. We respect their time by appropriate scheduling, and make every effort to ensure a maximum wait time of 15 minutes. Clients will be acknowledged with a smile and attended to as quickly as possible. Phone questions and concerns will be handled promptly by appropriate support staff. Our patients are important family members, and any time a family member is not feeling well we will offer an appointment time within 24 hours of the call or offer technical phone assistance if necessary. We welcome questions, compliments, and complaints, and we strive for continuous improvement in our client service.
We value and respect our facility. A clean, odor free facility is a priority. We submit to a rigorous accreditation process by the American Animal Hospital Association and are proud to meet their standards of care.
All pets are treated as precious family members. They will be kept clean and attended to while in our hospital. We will ensure that all treatment recommendations and test results are communicated to our clients in a timely manner. Detailed electronic medical records will be available to our clients online 24/7 to supplement the in office communications. To aid in compliance with recommended therapies and testing, we will provide all clients with follow up phone calls or written reminders.
